Questions

What if I pick the wrong plan? Can I change between plans?

We like to keep it easy for you: if your active users exceed your current plan, we automatically upgrade you to the next plan for that month. If your active users dip below your current plan, then we automatically downgrade you to the next lower plan.

Do you offer any specials or discounts?

Yes! If you sign up for a one year, pre-paid plan, then you get 10% off the monthly rate for your chosen plan for the whole year. If you choose to take advantage of this discount, then you'd pay in full, upfront, for the year.

Is financing available?

Financing is most definitely available, and can be arranged to best suit your business model. Please get in touch with us if you're interested in financing options; we'd be happy to work with you!

Can SkuVault handle my Enterprise-level operation?

Yes! We work with many large Enterprise-level companies. To learn how, check out our Enterprise page, where you can download a free 12-page informational booklet, as well as receive a call from one of our specialists.

My plan comes with "Standard Support" - what does that entail?

Standard support is included with all plans, and gives you unlimited access to our extensive how-to documentation, how-to videos, eCommerce Knowledge Base, support ticketing, feature request platform, and community forums. We also have 9-5 EST phone support that's always available. We recommend having a few super users that learn the system in launch training, and then all in-house questions go to the super user first. If they can't answer, they contact SkuVault support.

I'm a Mac user - will SkuVault work for me?

Absolutely! SkuVault is a cloud-based web application, which means that if you can access the internet, you can use it, no matter what kind of device or operating system you're using.

Is my data secure?

One of the greatest things about SkuVault being hosted on Microsoft's Cloud is that your data is always safe. When your data is in the cloud, it isn't tied to any one device - so if your computer crashes or is stolen, your information will still be accessible to you, and only you.

Does SkuVault work with my (shipping / eCommerce / channel management / etc.) system?

We integrate with a good deal of amazing eCommerce applications, such as ChannelAdvisor, ShipWorks, and Shopify, and many more! You can view our full list of integrations here. If we don't integrate with your favorite eCommerce application, please let us know, and we'll be happy to look into it!

What if I go over 15k orders in the Basic plan in one month?

We understand that even if the Basic plan seems like the right plan for you right now, that it might not always be. While you're transitioning between needing the 15k order of the Basic plan and the unlimited orders that the Small Warehouse plan offers, we allow overage orders on the Basic plan at a rate of $50 per additional block of 2500 orders monthly. Like someone to talk you through where that would put your monthly subscription, or think you might be ready for the Small Warehouse plan afterall? We're happy to consult in either case!

I'm on an old pricing plan - can I get onto the new one?

Please review your contract to see your user rates, then contact us to see which pricing plan makes the most sense for your business model.

What is an Onboarding User?

An Onboarding User is what we call a normal user in the time period before your first monthly bill has come due, a time period which varies (0 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days) depending on your onboarding package. Use the time before your first monthly bill is due to experiment with users! You can make an unlimited amount during this period, which will help to give you a feel for how many you'll need. If by the day of your first monthly bill you've decided you'd like to keep some of those additional onboarding users, you can easily do that by just leaving those users in the system - your billing will adjust accordingly.
