How SkuVault's Inventory Management System works with SureDone
SureDone handles inventory listing and syncing while SkuVault handles the warehouses, locations, barcoding and quantities. When you build a product in SkuVault and then define the item with quantity and location, this is created within SureDone so you can push that product across multiple channels. You can also build items within SureDone which will create products in SkuVault. Either way you build it, SkuVault is the master of your quantity. When an Order comes through any channel, SureDone sends the Pending Order to SkuVault to be fulfilled.
Clients can pull new inventory into SureDone, which imports SKU, Title, Retail Price, Sale Price, Cost, Available Inventory Quantity, Image URLs, Part Number, Brand, Supplier, Classification and Location. When you create an item in SureDone, it dynamically creates a product in SkuVault, importing the fields SKU, Title (Description) Price, Sale Price, Retail Price, Part Number, Code, Classification, Brand and Supplier. Once you setup the item in SkuVault with the quantity and location, then SureDone is updated with the Product Import.
